The suburban phenomenon that is the Christmas Lights competition was won this year by 13 Narracan St in Vermont South. Hundreds of families make the pilgrimage every night, some enjoy a bit of Mr.Whippy, some misplace children and many make donations to charity.

The $5000 prize would surely come in handy around bill time.
