Thursday night at the Northcote Social Club saw the single launch of Lookin’ Over My Shoulder by local outfit The Basics. After jaunting through songs from their upcoming album, the encore heralded a version of Roxanne which would surely secure drummer/vocalist Wally de Backer the lead role in any future Broadway/Hollywood production of Sting – The Musical.
