The Age EG awards

The Age EG Awards were held at the Prince Of Wales last Thursday to help celebrate the EG’s 21st birthday and to help raise money for Support Act Limited. It featured performances of classic aussie songs by Mia Dyson, Dallas Crane, Jimmy Barnes, TISM, The Moodists, Dan Kelly, Angie Hart, 67 Special’s Ash Santilla, Spiderbait’s Kram, Ron Peno, Kim Salmon, Stephen Cummings, Renee Geyer and Rebecca Barnard.

However, it was Bonnie Tyler who surprised the crowd and stole the show with the sing-along hit, Total Eclipse the the Heart. The solid-as-ROCK backing band consisted of Pete Luscombe, Dan Luscombe, Ash Naylor and Bill McDonald.
